If you're a fan of the classic dessert, then this is a serve for you! The smoked apple flavour of our Heritage No2 pairs perfectly with the warming hints of clove and cinnamon from the Angostura bitters.

Ingredients:

• 50ml Silverstone Distillery Heritage No2 Smoked Wild Apple Vodka

• 150ml premium Indian tonic water
• 3-4 dashes of Angostura bitters

• Fresh lime wedge

Method:

Serve in a Martini style glass (pictured) or your favourite cocktail glass. First, add cubes of ice, then pour over the measure of Heritage No2 Vodka, followed by the Indian tonic and dashes of Angostura bitters. We recommend finishing-up by adding a sliced lime wedge to give a zesty cut through the sweet and rich flavours...Totally optional though!
