About the event
Come one, come all to our hauntingly fun Halloween Gin School!
Guests will enjoy all the usual trappings of a Silverstone Distillery Gin School, however this time, we've got some spooky treats (no tricks!) up our sleeves to ensure that your class is a memorable one!
What to expect...
Enter our themed distillery and take your seat for a truly unique experience as you marvel at the secrets behind gin's history and production, and even make your own 70cl bottle of Halloween gin to take home!
Your distillery guide will lead you through the process of distillation as you take charge of your very own bubbling mini cauldron (copper pot still) and explore the many flavour profiles of botanicals as you combine your chosen flavours to create a gin that’s completely tailored to your tastes. Your guide will help you choose from our usual wide variety of botanicals and also some spooky special edition ones too, added especially for this Halloween Gin School!
What’s more, you’ll learn how we distil our own Silverstone Distillery spirits in our 300 litre still called Sebastian, plus enjoy a complimentary G&T and delicious sharing platter of Halloween-themed treats while our distillery guide leads an informative Q&A session.
At the end of the class, you'll label your witches brew (sorry, gin!) and enjoy 10% off in our distillery shop too!
Booking: Please note, spaces are limited so be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Guests must also be aged 18 or over. When booking online, please ensure that you select the 30th October 2021 date in the booking calendar to confirm that you are joining our Special Edition class.
Parking: Parking space at the distillery is limited, so please consider travelling in groups where possible. Otherwise, there's parking available on High Street which leads to Green Lane. Lastly, please be responsible (as we're sure you will be!), we understandably encourage no driving when over the legal alcohol limit.
Your Safety: The safety of our customers and staff are paramount to us, so we ensure all staff have taken a lateral flow test before attending any events at the distillery. We also follow the most up-to-date Covid operations advice from the Government as a business and take all precautions where possible to reduce the risk of infection. Please do not attend if you have any of the symptoms of Covid and let us know as soon as you can that this is the case.
