Enjoy the warmth of the Indian sun within this serve as our unique gin, featuring 5000-year-old oak breathes earthy life into the warming tones of the botanicals and Indian tonic.

Ingredients:

• 50ml Silverstone Distillery Heritage No1 Oak Rested Gin

• 150ml premium Indian tonic water
• 1 strawberry to garnish
 

Method:

Serve in a Copa balloon glass or even a large wine glass if that's all you have to hand, in order to unlock the potency of the botanicals and fully appreciate the wonderful aromas of this unique gin.

First, add plenty of large ice cubes to the glass (the bigger, the better so that they don't melt as fast and dilute your drink). Then pour over the measure of Heritage No1 Gin, followed by the Indian tonic. Finish up by slicing a strawberry in half and adding to the glass for a sweet note which pairs well with the warmth of the gin.
