Shipping & returns policy

Free collection from Silverstone Distillery can be made on every Saturday between 10:00am and 12:00pm unless otherwise stated. Please place your order by midnight Friday to ensure your order can be processed for you to collect. 


To maintain a safe environment for our customers when they collect orders from the distillery, we advise that customers wear a mask when visiting us (unless exempt) and for those who do not have their own, hand sanitiser will be provided. Please ensure you have your order number and proof of ID ready to present when collecting. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

Delivery Information


We aim to deliver your goods promptly and within the timeframe of the shipping service selected. However, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order.


Deliveries are shipped Monday-Friday by Royal Mail. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. You will receive an order confirmation email at point of purchase and a separate dispatch confirmation email once the order has been processed. A signature is required upon delivery of goods. If you are not in when the delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange a further delivery. Should these attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and an additional delivery charge will be applied for re-delivery.


International delivery is through our preferred courier and whilst we do our utmost to ensure the product gets to you promptly, there may be issues with customs and duty due to the nature of the product. If this occurs, the recipient will be contacted by customs directly, and they will let them know what charges are due and how they will need to pay. Unfortunately, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility, and we can’t be held liable for them. Sometimes this customs process can add a couple of days to your delivery date.


All our products are sent in protective packaging to ensure they get to you in one piece. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase or have a problem with the delivery – get in touch with us at and if possible, send a photo of the problem.


All orders containing alcohol require a signature from an adult aged 18 years or over on receipt. A delivery driver will not deliver alcohol to persons under the age of 18.

We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Prices are also subject to change without notice.


If you have any issues with your order (either bought online or from our distillery in person) and want a refund, please get in touch with us. We will endeavour to refund the full value of any product(s) purchased if the conditions below are met:

  • You return the product in question to us within 7 days of receipt of your order to the following address, with your receipt if bought in person, and order details and order number if bought online: Silverstone Distillery, 4 Green Lane, Silverstone, Northamptonshire, NN12 8ES.

  • Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you return it to us in a resalable condition; unopened and in the same condition you receive it in.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage, either on your original order or the cost of returning the item unless the product itself is faulty.

  • For any damaged or faulty items we will refund the return delivery cost and send a replacement item free of charge or refund the order amount. Please inform us of damaged or faulty items within 24 hours of receipt of the product, with photographic proof, and we will refund you within 30 days of your notifying us. In certain situations, the goods may need to be returned for quality analysis. If this is the case we will arrange for collection from you by courier.

  • If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to us. Please contact us at to let us know so that we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund.

Please note: any reimbursement will be refunded via the method used by you to pay for the original purchase (card or PayPal).
