silversone toast

Add some sparkle to any celebratory occasion with our very special Champagne cocktail.


  • 1 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tsp sugar syrup

  • 50ml Silverstone Heritage No1 Gin

  • Champagne

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • Ice (cubed)

  • Orange zest


Serve in your finest glassware (only the best for this one!).


First, pour the orange juice, sugar syrup, bitters and Gin into a cocktail shaker and fill up with cubed ice. Shake well then strain into your chosen glass. Top with a little champagne, leave to settle (as it will bubble up) then fill up with more champagne. Swirl gently with a cocktail stirrer and finally garnish with a strip of orange zest if you like.

To make a sugar syrup:

Combine one part sugar and one part water to a saucepan, simmer until combined and allow to cool.
