How long does the Gin Academy Experience last for?
Our Gin Academy Experience lasts for approximately 3 hours in total.

Where can I park?
Parking is available in abundance here at Bell Plantation. Choose from multiple car parks with parking for those with disabilities readily available.

How many places are there at a Gin Academy Experience?
We have 12 beautiful copper stills and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.

I have food allergies, whom do I tell?
Please use the appropriate box during the booking process to highlight any food allergies or intolerances of the class attendees.

Bookings

How do I book a Gin Academy Experience?
Click here and select your preferred experience date and time. All session times are subject to availability. Fill out your details and pay by debit/credit card at checkout. You will then receive a confirmation of your booking by email.

Can I cancel my booking?
We require a minimum of 14 days notice for all cancellations and all bookings made by gift voucher are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your booking (not paid with gift voucher) within 14 days, a £15 cancellation fee will apply. Please note, any cancellations made 72 hours prior to your booking will be charged in full. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged at 50%. Please contact us directly to discuss your booking.

Can I reschedule my Gin Academy Experience booking?
If you need to reschedule your Gin School Experience, we require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your booked date. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability on your chosen date. If you wish to reschedule within 14 days of your booking, a £15 rescheduling fee will apply. We are unable to reschedule your booking more than once. Please contact us directly to amend your booking.

Silverstone Distillery has unfortunately had to cancel a Gin Academy Class date. What happens now?
Unfortunately, sometimes classes may have to be cancelled/moved. A reason for this may include minimal numbers of guests in attendance on your chosen class date - we want our classes to be fun and atmospheric and we feel this cannot be achieved with too few guests. We will contact you directly with as much notice as possible and immediately to try to re-book your class for the next convenient date to attend. If another date cannot be agreed upon, we will issue you a full refund.
Please note: refunds are issued within 48 hours of the class being cancelled. It may take longer to appear in your bank account depending on the process by which you paid. Refunds can normally be seen in your account within 7-10 working days.

Gift Vouchers
When will I receive my gift voucher?
Our gift vouchers are digital 'e-vouchers', they are sent digitally via email and not physically in the post. We have chosen this method as it is more sustainable and causes less waste. Once a gift voucher has been paid for through our website, you will receive a confirmation of payment immediately and a separate email within 48 hours (max) containing the unique code which the bearer of the voucher can use to book their experience.
How do I redeem a gift e-voucher for a Gin Academy class?
Click here and select your preferred class date and time, subject to availability. Fill out your details and during the checkout process, enter your unique e-voucher code in the 'Enter Coupon Code' box and click the arrow to the right of the box, then click 'Pay Now'. You won't be asked for payment details and you will receive a confirmation of your booking by email immediately.
How long are Gin Academy gift vouchers valid for?
Your e-voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed on the applicable Gin Academy Class the e-voucher was issued for, within that time period.
Does my Gin Academy gift voucher expire?
Yes. All gift vouchers which are not redeemed within 12 months of their purchase date will expire and are non-refundable.
Can I extend my Gin Academy gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from their purchase date and cannot be extended.
Can I use my Gin Academy gift voucher for other Silverstone Distillery products and services?
No. Gin Academy gift vouchers must be redeemed on Gin Academy experiences only.

Can I give my e-voucher to a friend to use?
The purchaser of the e-voucher can gift their unique code (sent in email upon purchase) to anyone they wish to be used to book a Gin Academy Class. We suggest perhaps writing the unique e-voucher code in a nice gift card, how lovely!
